In Volume 46, Number 15 of the British Columbia Gazette, Part II, B.C. Reg. 298/2003 should contain only Forms N.1 toN.5 and N.7., Page 448 should not contain Form N.6 but should read instead:

In Volume 46, Number 16 of the British Columbia Gazette, Part II,
   (a)  in B.C. Reg. 312/2003, Appendix B, section 69 (a) on page 480, "or Canadian Standard Association" should read "or Canadian Standards Association", and
(b) in B.C. Reg. 315/2003, Schedule A, section 7 on page 490, in the new section 5.51 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, the ellipsis was omitted from the formula, which should read "AE = %EL1 + %EL2 + ...%ELn".
