          - increase the driver point penalty premium
          - make the current 7 day waiting period for payment of weekly
            indemnity into a deductable
          - eliminate waiver of deductable for loss caused by fire,
            lightning or theft of the entire vehicle
          - increase cancellation fees from $20 to $30
          - allow policies to be renewed on any day instead of at the end
            of the month only
          - and allow insurance for 3, 4 or 5 months in addition to current
            6,7,8,9,10 or 11 months
          - Amendment also to the annual rates and conditions.
