     B.C. Reg. 84/58 - the Social Service Tax Act Regulations, is
     amended in section 3.28(1), (2) and (3) by adding "or leased"
     after "purchased" wherever it occurs.

     B.C. Reg. 84/58 - the Social Service Tax Act Regulations, is
     amended by adding the following section: 3.32 Under section
     4(1)(z.9) of the ACT, steam heat is exempt from taxation under
     the ACT when it is purchased or leased for residential use.
