Effective March 23, 1994: B.C. Reg. 88/71 - the Hotel Room
Tax Regulation is amended as described RE provides a 10 %
increase in operator's commissions, establishes procedures
for claiming a proportional refund of tax remitted on bad
debts, and establishes an exemption from tax on accomodation
purchased by a native Indian or Indian Band and provided
wholly on a reserve.

Effective March 23, 1994: B.C. Reg. 414/85 - the Motor Fuel
Tax Regulation is amended RE establishes procedures for
claiming a proportional refund of tax remitted on accounts
subsequently written off as bad debts.

Effective July 1, 1994: B.C. Reg. 414/85 - the Motor Fuel
Tax Regulation is amended RE reduces the tax rate on jet
fuel used on international flights to 4 cents per litre from
5 cents and extends the current fuel tax exemption for
international dedicated cargo freighters to include cargo
carried on international passenger flights.

Act Regulations is amended RE increases the maximum amount

proportional refund of tax remitted on a bad debt.
