Effective July 1, 1994: the Tobacco Sales Regulation is
made. B.C. Reg. 258/72 - the Tobacco Product Regulation is
repealed. The Tobacco Product Amendment Act, 1992, except
for those parts of section 2 of that ACT which enacts
sections 2(2)(b), 3 and 3.1 of the Tobacco Sales Act, is
brought into force.
