     Plan Regulation is repealed. The Canada - British Columbia
     Revenue Protection Plan Handbook for Grains and Oilseed is
     made.

     Pursuant to section 4(4) of the ACT, approval is given to
     the Okanagan Tree Fruit Authority to pay a grant to the
     Corporation of the District of Summerland where the
     Authority has property for the year 1994, as described.
