Effective 94 Dec 01: the following provisions of the Residential
Tenancy Amendment Act, 1993 are brought into force: (a) that part
of section 1(b) that enacts the definition of "dispute resolution
committee", and (b) section 26 Effective 95 JAN 01: (a) (i)
sections 1(c) and 3, (ii) the part of section 4(a) that refers in
section 13(1(a) of the Residential Tenancy Act, to ",48.2" (iii)
sections 5, 7 to 10, 13 to 15 and 23. (b) the part of section 16
of the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act, 1994, that enacts
section 48.2 of the Residential Tenancy Act is brought into
force. (c) B.C. Reg. 26/81 - the Residential Tenancy Regulation
is amended as described in section 7, 8.1, 9(1)(a), 18(1) and
Appendices A, B and C.
