     Section 5(5) of B.C. Reg. 356/68 is amended by adding the
     following subsection: (a.1) in the case of an electric bed, a
     sleeping surface of not less than 90cm wide and 2m long, the top
     of which is not less than 46cm and not more than 56cm from the
     floor.

     Order in Council 927/94 is amended by repealing section 2 and
     substituting the following: 2. Catherine Herb-Kelly is designated
