     Effective January 1, 1996: 1) sections 11 to 13 and 18 to 20 of
     the Attorney General Statutes Amendment Act, 1994 are brought
     into force. 2) B.C. Reg. 352/89 - the Municipal Bylaw Enforcement
     Ticket Regulation is amended in Appendix 1 and B.C. Reg. 354/89 -
     the Vancouver Charter Bylaw Enforcement Ticket Regulation is
     amended in Appendix 2.
