Effective March 1, 1996: B.C. Reg. 101/95 - the Motor Dealer Consignment Sales Regulation is amended to repeal third party trust requirements and establish self-administered trusts and to no longer require the consignment status disclosure to be displayed on consignment vehicles, but to be exclusive to the purchase agreement.

Effective July 1, 1996: the Tenancy Agreement Regulation is made. The following provisions of the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act, 1993, are brought into force: a) that part of section 16 that enacts section 39.1(2) of the Residential Tenancy Act, effective March 31, 1996 and b) section 2, effective July 1, 1996.

Effective February 16, 1996 section 18(1) of B.C. Reg. 396/95, the Employment Standards Regulation is amended (i) by striking out "fruit, vegetable or berry", and (ii) by adding the following paragraph: (o) daffodils.......$.110 per bunch (10 stems) and effective March 1, 1996, section 18(1) of B.C. Reg. 396/95, the Employment Standards Regulation is repealed and substituted as described RE minimum wage for farm workers.
