(b), The Minister of Education, Skills and Training and the Minister of Labour is charged with the administration of section 6 of the BC Benefits (Income Assistance) Act.
(c), The Minister of Women's Equality is charged with the administration of all provisions in the BC Benefits (Income Assistance) Act and the BC Benefits (Income Assistance) Regulation relating to child care programs and to the operation and maintenance of emergency shelters and transition homes.
