(b), sections 2 and 3;
(c), the portion of section 4 that amends section 6(1)(b) of the, Motor Vehicle Act;
(d), sections 5 to 30;
(e), section 31 except, (i) the portion that enacts the reference to, "87.1", 87.6" in section 86.2(1)(a) of the Motor Vehicle, Act, (ii) the portion that enacts section 86.2(1)(b) of the Motor, Vehicle Act, and; (iii) the portion that enacts the reference to "or, (b)' in section 86.2(1)(c) of the Motor Vehicle Act;
(f), sections 34 to 38 and 45 to 81.
