(b) the following provisions are brought into force by this regulation:
(i) section 1(h) of the Supplement to the Freedom of Information, and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 165;
(ii) sections 1, 4 to 7 and 13(a), (d) and (e) of the Supplement to, the Hospital Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 200;
(iii) section 7 of the Supplement to the Hospital Insurance Act,, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 204;
(c) the Hospital Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 289/73, is repealed and the Hospital Act Regulation set out in Appendix 1 is substituted; (d) the Hospital Insurance Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 25/61, are amended as set out in Appendix 2.
