(1) A reference to the Minister of Women's Equality in the Criminal Records Review Act is deemed to be a reference to the Minister for Children and Families.
(2) The Ministry for Children and Families is responsible for exercising the duties and functions of the Ministry of Women's Equality referred to in the definitions of "applicant" and "child care provider" in section 18 of the Criminal Records Review Act.

(ii) section 30, except the portion that enacts section 104.2(1)(a), and (b), (2), (3) and (5)(a) and (b) of the Motor Vehicle Act;
(iii) section 46(b) except the portion that enacts section, 210(3.1)(j) of the Motor Vehicle Act;
(iv) section 46(c);
(b) B.C. Reg. 26/58 - the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations are amended as described.
