Effective April 21, 1997: the following corrections to the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1996 are made:
1. Section 20 of the Auditor General Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 23, is, amended by adding "corporation" after "Crown".
2. Section 11(2)(e) of the Corporation Capital Tax Act, R.S.B.C. 1996,, c. 73, is amended by striking out "subject to subsection (3)" and, substituting "subject to subsection (4)".
3. Section 50 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 210, is, amended (a) in subsection (2) by striking out "997" and substituting, "1997", and (b) in subsection (7) by striking out "October 1, 1996", and substituting "January 1, 1997".
4. Section 13(a) of the Naturopaths Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 332, is, amended by striking out "intern or extern" and substituting "internal, or external".
5. Section 109 of the School Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 412, is repealed.
