(b) effective April 1, 1998:
(i) section 1 of the Supplement to the Litter Act, R.S.B.C., 1996, c. 269, is brought into force.
(ii) section 2 of the Supplement to the Waste Management Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. is brought into force.
(iii) B.C. Reg. 136/70 - the Litter Act Regulation is repealed.
(iv) B.C. Reg. 65/85 - the Beverage Container Refund Regulation is repealed.
