Effective May 4, 1998:
(a) sections 2 and 4(a) to (d) of the Traffic Safety Statutes Amendment, Act, 1997, are brought into force.
(b) section 6(a) of the Supplement to the Motor Vehicle Act, and that part of section 6(b) of the Supplement that enacts section 25(8.1) of the Motor Vehicle Act, are brought into force.
(c) B.C. Reg. 15/85 - the Class 6 Driver's Licence Restrictions Regulation is amended as set out in Appendix 1.
(d) B.C. Reg. 26/58 - the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations is amended as set out in Appendix 2.
