The Minister of Advanced Education, Training and Technology and Minister of Intergovernmental Relations is charged with the administration of the Telephone (Rural) Act.
The Minister of EIH is charged with administration of the Ministry of International Trade, Science and Investment Act insofar as it does not relate to the development of science and technology, and does not relate to aid in the development of communications systems for the people of British Columbia.
