(i), sections 66(c) and (d), 77, 95(b) and (c) and 138(b) of the, Forest Statutes Amendment Act, 1997, S.B.C. 1997, c. 48,, are brought into force.
(ii), that part of section 127 of the Forest Statutes Amendment, Act, 1997, S.B.C. 1997, c. 48, that enacts section 217.1 of the, Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act is brought into, force.
(iii), Part 11 of the Operational Planning Regulation, B.C. Reg., 107/98, is repealed.
(iv), the Woodlot Licence Forest Management Regulation is, made.
