On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the orders set out in the Appendix are made.

| 2 | The Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Minister Responsible for ICBC is charged with the administration of the enactments listed in Column A of Table 1, and all provisions in previous orders charging another member of the Executive Council with the administration of those enactments are rescinded. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
