On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 28, 2000, the following provisions are brought into force by this regulation:

| (b) | section 6 of the Supplement to the Health Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 179; |
| (c) | sections 1 to 13, 14 (1), (4), (7) and (8), 15, 16, 17 (1), (2) and (5) to (8), 18 (1) and (2), 19, 27, 28 (1) (c), (2) (a) and (c) to (f), (5), (6), (7) (a), (b) (i) and (c), 29 (1) to (3), (4) (a) and (5) to (9), 30 and 32, 33 (1) and (2) (a) and (b), 34 (1) and (2) (a) to (i), (k) and (l) and 35 of the Health Care (Consent) and Care Facility (Admission) Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 181; |
| (d) | section 2 of the Supplement to the Human Tissue Gift Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 211; |
| (e) | section 1 of the Supplement to the Venereal Disease Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 475. |
