Approval is given to the Provincial Court of British Columbia Criminal Caseflow Management Rules, made by that Court on September 13, 1999 under section 68(1) of the Young Offenders Act (Canada) with the concurrence of a majority of youth court judges present at a meeting held for the purpose. For purposes of proceedings referred to in section 4(1) of the Young Offenders Act (British Columbia) except where the court process is in relation to a ticket information as defined in that Act, section 68 of the Young Offenders Act (Canada) is prescribed. Approval to implement the Rules of court described in various court locations in the Province. Rescind B.C. Reg. 310/86 as described.
