(a) section 124(a) of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act, 1999 is brought into force.
(b) B.C. Reg. 498/94 - the Pension (College) Regulation is repealed.
(c) B.C. Reg. 135/95 - the College Pension Plan Group Benefit Regulation is repealed.

Effective April 1, 2000:
(a) section 124(b) of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act, 1999 is brought into force.
(b) B.C. Reg. 499/94 - the Pension (Municipal) Regulation is repealed.
(c) B.C. Reg. 142/95 - the Municipal Pension Plan Group Benefit Regulation is repealed.
(d) on the recommendation of the Municipal Pension Board, the Municipal Pension Plan Regulation is made.
