a) the portion of section 1 that enacts the definitions of "hide", "hide dealer", "livestock", "livestock dealer", "Meat", "Slaughter" and "Slaughterhouse".
b) section 2, except insofar as it enacts section 18.1(1)(a) and (2) of the Animal Disease Control Act;
c) section 3, except insofar as it enacts section 19(2.1)(b), (c) concerning an auctioneer or operator, and (d) of the Animal Disease Control Act;
d) section 4(a), except insofar as it enacts section 20(2)(u), (v), (z.1), (z.2), (z.3) concerning operators and auctioneers and (z.4) of the Animal Disease Control Act;
