(a) 

the transfers of duties, powers, functions and enactments, and other changes, set out in the Appendix to
this order are made and provisions that in previous orders charge another member of the Executive
Council or another ministry with responsibility for them are rescinded, and

(b) 

a transfer described in paragraph (a) to a member of the Executive Council serves also to transfer to the
member the unexpended balance of money and other resources authorized for the administration of the
duties, powers, functions and enactments.

The Minister of Advanced Education, Training and Technology and Minister Responsible for Youth is
charged with the administration of the Open Learning Agency Act.

The duties, powers and functions in relation to Sexual Assault Services are transferred from the Minister
of Womens Equality to the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Human Rights.

The Minister of Education is charged with the administration of

(a) 

the Ferry Corporation Act,

(b) 

the enactments listed in Column A of the Table, and

(c) 

those provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act and the Commercial Transport Act that are not listed in
Column A or B of the Table insofar as they relate to the affairs of the Insurance Corporation of
British Columbia.

The Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations and Minister Responsible for Northern Development is
 charged with the administration of

the British Columbia Railway Act,
