Effective February 14, 2001: the following terms and conditions apply to the appointment of Allan Tuokko made by letter dated July 16, 1990: The appointment shall end on February 13, 2006. Allan Tuokko is designated Senior Chair, Mental Health Review Panels. He be paid a salary equivalent to 100% of Management Level 9 of the MJEP, and his vacation entitlement shall be 27 days.
