sections 12 and 13 of the Skills Development and Labour Statutes Amendment Act, 2001, are brought into force.

(b) 

B.C. Reg. 433/93 - the Pension Benefits Standards Regulation, is amended by repealing section 22.1 and adding section 22.2 Reinstatement of suspended or reduced benefits.
