a)  The current appointments of members of the British Columbia Racing Commission and current designations under section 3 of the ACT, are rescinded.

Approval for the University of Victoria to lease to Discovery Parks Incorporated for a 60 year term a building which is to constructed by Discovery Parks Incorporated and to occupy a site as described.

Sections 8, 9, 10 (Housing Construction (Elderly Citizens) Act) and 29 (Transitional - Housing Construction (Elderly Citizens) Act) of the ACT, are brought into force.

The firm of KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, Victoria, B.C be appointed auditor to audit and report on the accounts of the British Columbia Buildings Corporation for the fiscal years ending March 31, 2002, 2003 and 2004.
