Each member of the Executive Council listed is charged with the administration of the enactments specified:

1.

The Minister of Forests is charged with the administration of the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act, except sections 3(1), (2), (3) and (4).

2.

The Minister of Sustainable Resource Management is charged with the administration of sections 3(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act.

3.

The Minister of Provincial Revenue is charged with the administration of the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act, insofar as it relates to the collection of public money, as defined in section 1 of the Financial Administration Act.

4.

Section 3 does not apply to a fine, or the administration of deposits and securities payable under the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act.
