B.C. Reg. 396/95 - the Employment Standards Regulation is amended by adding the following:
37.10 Construction Workers
(1)	Sections 63 and 64 of the Act do not apply to an employee employed at construction sites by an employer whose principal business is construction.
(2)	This section is repealed on December 31, 2002.

RE Test Fee
1) $60 must accompany an application to write G.E.D. tests.
2) If an application is made to rewrite one or more of the G.E.D. tests, it must be accompanied by the following fee:

$40 for a request to rewrite 1 test
$45 for a request to rewrite 2 tests
$50 for a request to rewrite 3 tests
$55 for a request to rewrite 4 tests
$60 for a request to rewrite 5 tests.
