The following provisions are brought into force:
(a)  the part of section 1 of the Supplement to the Child, Family and Community Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 46, that enacts section 8 of the Child, Family and Community Service Act.
(b)  section 2 of the Supplement to the Child, Family and Community Service Act,
(c)  sections 1 to 12, 14 to 25 and 27 to 33 of the Child, Family and Community Service Amendment Act, 2002, S.B.C. 2002, c. 21.

(c)  sections 1 to 21 of the Public Safety and Solicitor General Statutes Amendment Act, 2002, S.B.C. 2002, c. 52.
