sections 18, 31, 32, 70 and 71

section 62, only with respect to the repeal of section 4(f) of the Perpetuity Act

(c)

section 65, only with respect to the repeal of section 14(f) of the Property Transfer Act

(d)

section 66, only with respect to the repeal of section 129(h) of the Social Service Tax Act

(e)

section 69, except the definitions of "hospital" and "Hospitals Foundation".

section 1(5) of B.C. Reg. 79/96 - the Corporation Capital Tax Regulation is amended by adding the following definitions: "asset securitization guidelines" "capital adequacy guidelines" "capital deductions" "subordinated indebtedness".
