Effective August 19, 2002:
(a)	the discretion under section 30(1) of the Gaming Control Act to license persons to conduct and manage gaming events in British Columbia is delegated to the general manager.
(b)	the specification of, and the powers granted to, the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch of the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General under OIC 5/2002 are rescinded.

(b)	B.C. Reg. 286/98 - the Gaming Fees Regulation is repealed.
(c)	B.C. Reg. 167/2000 - the Horse Racing Regulation is repealed.
(d)	the Gaming Control Regulation is made.
