(b)  B.C. Reg. 608/76 - the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulations is amended as described.
 
ORDER IN COUNCIL 792

Statutory Authority: Liquor Control and Licensing
Effective December 2, 2002:
    1.  The following provisions of the Liquor Statutes Amendment Act, 1999, are brought into force:
(a)  sections 1(c), 2(b) and 5(a);
(b) section 4, except the portion that enacts section 11.5 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act;
(c)  section 9, except the portion that enacts section 16(1.1) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act;
(d)  the portion of section 17 that repeals section 26 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act.
2. Section 22 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2000, is brought into force.
3. B.C. Reg. 608/76 - the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulations is repealed.
4. The Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation is made.
