B.C. Reg. 271/96 - the BC Benefits (Appeals) Regulation is repealed. 

(c) 

B.C. Reg. 75/97 - the Income Assistance Regulation is repealed. 

(d) 

B.C. Reg. 77/97 - the Youth Works Regulation is repealed. 

(e) 

The Employment and Assistance Regulation is made. 

(f) 

section 27 of the Employment and Assistance Regulation is deemed to have come into force on April 1, 2002.
