sections 30 to 35 (Legislative Assembly Management Committee Act) and 57 (Ministry of Transportation and Highways Act) of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2002, are brought into force.

b) 

B.C. Reg. 119/87 - the Legislative Grounds Protection Regulation and B.C. Reg. 383/90 - the Confederation Garden Court Park Protection Regulation are repealed.

c) 

the Legislative Precinct Regulation is made.

c) 

B.C. Reg. 256/94 - the School Accreditation Regulation is repealed.

a) 

effective on the date of deposit, as set out in sections 1(a), (c) and (d), 2 and 3(b) to (d), (f) and (h) to (j) of the Schedule.

effective January 1, 2003, as set out in sections 1(b) and 3(a) and (e) of the Schedule.

c) 

effective November 1, 2002, as set out in sections 3(g) of the Schedule.
