Effective April 1, 2003:
      1. B.C. Reg. 330/97 - the Continuing Care Fees Regulation is amended in section 1 by adding the following definition: "assisted living services" means a continuing care program prescribed in the Continuing Care Programs Regulation.
  2.  The following section is added: 7 Monthly charge for assisted living services.

  Colville Charles Graham is appointed as acting DM, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries. His appointment made by OIC 569/98 is rescinded.
  The appointment of Derek Thompson as DM, Ministry of Water, Land and Air Protection is rescinded.
