Bernd Walter is reappointed as a member and chair of the British Columbia Review Board for a term ending March 31, 2006.

6.01 Commercial vendor commission
A commercial vendor of licences issued under the Act may retain a commission of $1.50 per licence by him or her.

The Minister of Finance considering that no notice is necessary in the circumstances for the purpose of section 8.1(3)(b) or (4)(b), the constitution and bylaws of the Community Social Services Employers' Association are repealed effective March 18, 2003, and a new constitution and bylaws are substituted in the forms set out in the request sent by the Minister of Finance to the Association by letter dated January 16, 2003.

Section 14 of B.C. Reg. 244/2002 - the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation is amended
  a)  by repealing subsection (1)(e) and, b) by adding the following subsection:,
(3)  A licence in respect of a licensee retail store must not be, issued, renewed or transferred unless 
(a)  the applicant for the licence or the licensee, as the case may be, is also the licensee of a liquor primary establishment that
(i)  is located on the same property as the licensee retail store, or
(ii)  in the opinion of the general manager, appears to be on the same property as the licensee retail store and
(b)  in the opinion of the general manager, the licensee retail store
(i)  does not appear to be a standalone liquor store unassociated with the liquor primary establishment referred to in paragraph (a) and
(ii)  does not appear to be associated with another business in the near vicinity.

b)  the Minister of Transportation may delegate the powers and duties assigned to the Minister under section 924 of the Local Government Act to a person employed in any of the following positions within the Ministry of Transportation: 
i)  District Manager, Transportation
ii)  District Transportation Engineer
iii)  Senior Development Approvals Technician
iv)  District Development Approvals Technician
c)  the Minister of Transportation may delegate the powers and duties assigned to the Minister under section 930(4) of the Local Government Act to a person employed in any of the following positions within the Ministry of Transportation:
i)  Regional Director, Transportation
ii)  Provincial Approving Officer.

Effective April 1, 2003, section 3(1) of B.C. Reg. 134/93 - the Limited Entry Hunting Regulation is repealed and substituted: (1) An applicant for a limited entry hunting authorization must pay (a) an application fee of $5 and (b) a surcharge of $1 payable to the Habitat Conservation Trust Fund.
