B.C. Reg. 341/97 - the Employee Investment Regulation amended RE will prescribe the investment pacing requirements for labour-sponsored funds registered under the Act, the Working Opportunity Fund and Altura Growth Fund. The regulation provides up to five years for a labour-sponsored fund to invest up to 80% of the equity capital it raises.

Reg. 180/90 - the Park and Recreation Area Regulation is amended RE Approves amendments to the increases to overnight mooring and docking fees in nine coastal marine parks which were approved in January 2003 and were to be implemented May 2003. The result will be to amend the $2/metre overnight fee for use of a mooring buoy to a standard $10, and remove the overnight anchoring fee of $2/metre.
