Reg. 315/90 - the Capital Requirements Regulation, is amended (a) in section 14 by adding the following item after item 28 of the "Table of On Balance Sheet Items": 2 Loans by a central credit union to a member credit union that are fully secured by the deposits that the member credit union has with the central credit union, and accrued interest under the loans and (b) in section 15(3) by striking out "20%" wherever it appears and substituting in each case "30%".
