Statutory Authority: Pension Statutes Amendment Act, 2003 Public Service Benefit Plan
Effective January 1,2004:
1   the following provisions of the Pension Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, are brought into force by this regulation:
(a)   sections 15,20,24 and 27 to 31;
(b) section 9, insofar as it enacts Part 1.2 of Schedule A of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act;
(c) section 17, except as it enacts section 18.4 of Schedule B of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act;
(d) section 21, except as it enacts section 18.4 of Schedule C of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act;
(e) section 25, except as it enacts section 18.4 of Schedule D of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act, and
2 the Pensioner Group Benefit Funding Regulation, B.C. Reg. 141195, is repealed.

(c) in paragraph (b) by striking out "paragraph (a) is to be paid $125 per half day or $250 per day" and substituting "paragraph (a) or (a.1) is to be paid $350 per day".
