    (c) the Hospital Act Regulation, B.C.. Reg. 121/97, is amended as follows:
  (i)   in section 7(1)(a) by striking out "is a member or registrant in good standing of one or more of the following:" and substituting "is a person who is authorized to practice a profession regulated by one or more of the following:",
  (ii)   by repealing section 8 (6), (7) and (8);
  (iii)   by repealing section 10, and
    (d) the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 328/75, is amended as follows:
  (i)   by deleting the heading "General" before section 1;
  (ii)   by deleting the heading "Provincial Board" before section 4;
  (iii)   by deleting the heading "Rules of Appeal" before section 6;

    7   Beginning with the 2005 taxation year, the properties exempted under section 225 (2) (a) of the Community Charter by the City of Victoria in Tax Exemption (Victoria Centre Facility) Bylaw, No. 04-22 are also exempted under section 131 (8) of the School Act for the purposes of section 131 (5) of that Act, to the same extent and for the same period that the properties are exempted under the bylaw as it was adopted on March 25, 2004.

    8   Beginning with the 2005 taxation year, the properties exempted under section 225 (2) (a) of the Community Charter by the City of Langley in 2005 Tax Exemption (Convention Centre) Bylaw, No. 2554 are also exempted under section 131 (8) of the School Act for the purposes of section 131 (5) of that Act, to the same extent and for the same period that the properties are exempted under the bylaw as it was adopted on July 26, 2004.

Effective January 1, 2005, the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, and the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, are amended RE to increase the monthly support allowance by $70 per month for each person in a family unit who is a person with disabilities or is aged 65 years or older.

12       (1)   In this section, "collection agent" has the same meaning as in section 125 of the Act.,
    (2)   A collection agent who, while collecting or attempting to collect a debt for a creditor, reports credit information of the debtor to the creditor is exempt in respect of that report from the application of Part 6 [Credit Reporting] of the Act and any regulations relating to that Part.

1.1   Any use of water in British Columbia, and any use of water at a place in British Columbia, that is listed in items 1 (c), 2 (a), 4 (b), 5 (a) or 6 (b) of Part 2 of Schedule A, is designated as a use included under industrial purpose.
   (b)   Section 7 (4), (5), (13) and (14) is amended by striking out "$50" and substituting "$60".
   (c)   Schedule A is amended
    (a)   by repealing Part 2 and substituting Part 2 as set out in the Appendix A,
    (b)   by repealing item 11 of Part 3 and substituting items 11 and 11.1 as set out in the Appendix B, and
    (c)   by repealing item 12 of Part 3.
