are inconsistent with a transfer or change made under paragraph (a) of this order, or

(ii) 

charge another member of the Executive Council with responsibility for the administration of an enactment in a manner that conflicts with paragraph (b) of this order, and

(d)  a transfer or change under paragraph (a), or a transfer of administration under paragraph (b), of this order serves also to transfer to the member of the Executive Council the unexpended balance of money and other resources authorized for the administration of the duties, powers, functions and enactments involved.
 

Appendix A

Competition, Science and Enterprise
1 The Ministry of Competition, Science and Enterprise is renamed the Ministry of Small Business and Economic Development.
2 The powers, duties and functions respecting the BC Olympic Games Secretariat, Sports and Culture are transferred to the Minister of Business and Economic Development.
3 The Minister of Small Business and Economic Development is designated as the official to whom the reference in section 9 (3) of the Special Accounts Appropriation and Control Act to the Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services is to be considered to be made.
