(a)  sections 1 to 30, 32 to 42, 45(b), 49 to 58, 61 to 65 and 67 to 69 of the ACT, are brought into force.
(b) B.C. Reg. 121/97 - the Hospital Act Regulation is amended
(i)   in section 1 in the definition of "Hospital Appeal Board" by striking out "established under section 9" and substituting "continued under section 46 of the Act" and
(ii)   by repealing section 9.
