the Community Care and Assisted Living Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 75, except for sections 12, 24, 26 (1), 43 (b), 44 to 46, 47 (b), 48, 49, 50 (a), 52, 53, and 55 (a), is brought into force by this regulation.
section 26 (1) of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act is brought into force by this regulation, effective September 30, 2004.
the Adult Care Regulations, B.C. Reg. 536/80, is amended as set out in Appendix 1.
the Child Care Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 319/89, is amended as set out in Appendix 2.

	(a)	by repealing section 27.06 (1) (a),
	(b)	in section 27,06 (4) (a), by striking out "date of birth", "address" and "test grades,",
	(c)	in section 27.06 (4) (b) by striking out "date of birth,", "a copy of the driver's abstract dated within the past year," and "a copy of the police check dated within the past 2 years,",
	(d)	by repealing sections 27.06 (13) and 27.07 (2)
	(e)	in section 27.07 (5), by striking out "Subsections (2) and (4), other than the requirements under subsection (4) concerning examinations, do" and substituting "Subsection (4), other than the requirements under that subsection concerning examinations, does", and
	(f)	by repealing sections 27.09 (1) (e), (2) (b), (3), (4) (b), (5), 27.10 (1) and (2) (g).
