(b)  section 12 of B.C. Reg. 370/2002 - the Reviewable Projects Regulation is amended by repealing the definition of "biomedical waste" and substituting the following: "biomedical waste" has the same meaning as in the Hazardous Waste Regulation, B.C. Reg. 63/88.
