Ministerial Order M 293/02 is amended by (a) adding the psychiatric hospital located within the federal Regional Treatment Centre (Pacific), Abbotsford, to Schedule C as a psychiatric unit, (b) rescinding the designation of the Regional Health Centre (Pacific), Abbotsford, as a provincial mental health facility in Schedule A, ( c) adding St. Mary's Hospital, Sechelt, to Schedule C of the Order as a psychiatric unit, and (d) rescinding the designation of St. Mary's Hospital, Sechelt, as an observation unit in Schedule D of the Order,

All former designations of facilities at the Pacific Institution and Regional Treatment Centre (Pacific) in Abbotsford, as psychiatric units or provincial mental health facilities under the Mental Health Act, are rescinded.
