(a)  under the heading "Wildlife Act",
  (i)  by striking out "section 11 (1) (a) (i)" and substituting "section 11 (1) (a)",
  (ii)  by striking out "section 11 (1) (a) (ii)" and substituting "section 11 (1) (b)", and
  (iii)  by striking out the entire item for section 11 (4), and
(b)  by striking out the heading "Firearm and Hunting Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 8/99" and substituting "Hunting Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 8/99".

(c)  the Long Term Disability Plan Regulation, BC Reg. 409/97.
 

ORDER IN COUNCIL 823

The Municipal Sewage Regulation, BC Reg. 129/99, is amended in section 3 by adding the following subsections:
(4)  If, under subsection (2), a person makes an application that is
  (a)  in relation to the discharge of effluent to Shuswap Lake, and
  (b)  received by a director on or before November 1, 2007, despite subsection (3), the registration does not take effect.
(5)  If, under condition 2 of Schedule 1, a discharger provides notification that is
  (a)  in relation to increasing the discharger's maximum daily flow of discharge to Shuswap Lake, and
  (b)  received by a director on or before November 1, 2007, despite section 2 (1), the person is not exempt under that section for the increase to which the notification relates.
(6)  Subsection (5) does not apply to a discharger that increased its maximum daily flow of discharge to Shuswap Lake in the 30 days before the date subsection (5) comes into force.

To make provision for a water supply for the use of the Crown for any purpose, the unrecorded waters of Tretheway Creek and its tributaries, in the New Westminster Water District, are hereby reserved for a period of three years from this date, from being taken, or used, or acquired under the Water Act.

MINISTERIAL ORDER 229

The Spheres of Concurrent Jurisdiction - Environment and Wildlife Regulation, BC Reg. 144/2004, is amended
(a)  in section 1 by repealing the definition of "exempted pesticides" and substituting the following: "excluded pesticide" has the same meaning as in the Integrated Pest Management Regulation, BC Reg. 604/2004., and
(b)  in section 2(1)(b)(ii) by striking out "except exempted pesticides," and substituting "except excluded pesticides,".
