B.C. Reg. 79/2005 - The Wines of Marked Quality Regulation is amended in section 8,
1.   (a) in subsection (1)(a) by striking out "a member or", and
2.   (b) by adding the following subsection: (1.1) Subsection (1)(a) does not apply to an individual serving as a first director as described in section 3(1) of the Society Act.
