Financial Administration Act, refund out of the consolidated revenue fund to the person the amount of property transfer tax paid by that person in respect of the portion on which both property transfer tax and tax under the
Social Service Tax Act have been paid. |

| The appointment of Ross Curtis as a director of the Oil and Gas Commission is continued for a term ending one year from the date of this order and he is designated as commissioner of the Oil and Gas Commission for that term. Ross Curtis, as director and commissioner, shall have the status of a deputy minister for the purposes of the Public Service Act. |
